To retain CQS status, Lyons Bowe underwent a rigorous assessment process carried out by the Law Society. What Is the Conveyancing Quality Scheme?
The Conveyancing Quality Scheme is a recognised accreditation open only to Law Society member firms that meet the demanding standards required by the scheme. To maintain accreditation, firms must undertake compulsory training, annual reviews, self-reporting requirements, and random audits. The scheme is supported by organisations including the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association, the Legal Ombudsman, and the Association of British Insurers.
