Paul is the Managing Director and Head of Conveyancing at Lyons Bowe, based in the Shepton Mallet office. Since founding the firm in 2014, Paul has led the business with a clear focus on client care, innovation, and professional excellence. With over 14 years of experience, he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Paul is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with his clients and is known for delivering a first-class legal service.
He holds a degree in Politics and Philosophy from Swansea University, completed his legal studies at BPP Law School in Leeds, and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Paul specialises in property litigation, commercial disputes, and corporate legal support, offering clear, expert advice in even the most complex matters.

A qualified solicitor since 2006, Edward brings a thoughtful, commercially-aware approach to both legal matters and firm operations. His practice covers a wide range of areas, including litigation, contentious property issues, planning and development, and possession orders. He also offers independent legal advice as a stand-alone service.

Darrell specialises in all areas of Private Client work, with particular expertise in older client law, including trusts, estates, Powers of Attorney, and tax matters. She is a Full Member of STEP and an accredited member of SFE, reflecting her dedication to high standards in estate and elder law. Darrell is known for her thoughtful, client-first approach, guiding families through complex decisions with clarity and compassion. Before joining Lyons Bowe, Laura worked within the property department of a well-established firm in North Dorset, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of conveyancing matters. Living in South Somerset, Laura has a deep understanding of the local property market and community.
A fully registered Licensed Conveyancer, she specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, leaseholds, and more complex matters such as equity release and adverse possession. Laura is known for her approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to making the property process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Justine is the Head of Operations at Lyons Bowe, having joined the firm in 2018 from a large multi-office legal practice in Bristol. With over 26 years of experience in the professional services industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge spanning legal accounts, compliance, IT systems, and firm-wide operations. Justine plays a vital role in keeping the firm running smoothly, working closely with the partners to support strategic delivery and day-to-day efficiency.
She has in-depth expertise in SRA regulations, SARs, LEXCEL standards, as well as the procedures surrounding AML, Data Protection, and GDPR. AAT-qualified and known for her calm, solutions-focused approach, Justine is a key part of Lyons Bowe’s leadership team. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Before joining the firm, he spent many years as an Area Director overseeing 25 estate agency branches, and more recently ran a successful independent estate agency in Somerset with his wife. Having referred work to Lyons Bowe for over six years, Will developed a close working relationship with the firm and experienced first-hand the benefits of its market-leading conveyancing processes and proactive approach to client care.
Will brings a deep understanding of estate agency and a fresh perspective to growing and strengthening referral partnerships. Passionate about improving how conveyancing is delivered across England and Wales, he is committed to helping partners feel confident in the service their clients receive.

Lucy is the Head of the Family Law department at Lyons Bowe and brings more than five years of experience in family law, having qualified as a solicitor in 2021. She specialises in all areas of family law, with particular expertise in complex and sensitive children matters, divorce, and financial separation. Lucy also has advanced experience in cases involving domestic abuse and regularly advises high-net-worth individuals, including celebrity clients seeking pre-nuptial agreements.
Known for her friendly and committed approach, Lucy supports clients throughout every stage of their matter and frequently represents clients in court. Lucy holds an LLB Law Degree from Kingston University and an LLM Master of Laws from the University of the West of England. Before qualifying as a solicitor, she trained and worked with the Metropolitan Police from the age of 19. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys surfing and spending time at the beach with her son.

Jenny is known for her ability to bring meaningful change in dynamic environments, a quality praised by previous colleagues and leadership alike.
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband Lee and their daughter Amy. The family shares a love for football (with a friendly rivalry between Liverpool and Chelsea!) and enjoys holidays together and visiting relatives in Torquay, Liverpool, and Malta.

Passionate about supporting charities and community organisations, she works closely with Lyons Bowe’s charity partners to raise awareness of legacy giving and create meaningful opportunities through the firm’s Charity Will Scheme.
Known for her warm, approachable nature and commitment to making a difference, Jill plays a key role in building lasting relationships that benefit charities, supporters and local communities. Holding a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development (Dip CG), Kirsty has built her career around helping people access high-quality training and develop their careers. She works closely with colleagues across the firm to support learning, organisational development, workforce planning and the continuous growth of Lyons Bowe’s people and culture.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys keeping active through jogging, local Park Runs, and long walks with her Cockapoo dog, Marlow. She also loves spending time outdoors and socialising with family and friends over good food and wine.

Over time, his role has developed into wider digital marketing, combining his creative background with campaign planning, digital strategy and the client journey. Based in South Africa, Denmin takes a hands-on and collaborative approach to projects, focusing on how clients experience a service from their first interaction through to the next stage of their journey. His approach is friendly and professional, with an emphasis on making information clear, engaging and easy to understand.
Denmin holds a BA in Visual Communication, completed in 2019, and an Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing, completed in 2025. His experience spans branding, digital marketing and photography, with a particular interest in bringing creative and strategic thinking together.
